The new vendor is having problems issuing a certificate for the website hosting. We have a ticket open with support and hope to have that resolved soon.

Some customers may be experiencing issues with devices.
We believe the issue is primarily impacting customers whose networks have trouble with large DNS records or those using Grandstream ATA devices. Our team is working on a resolution. We will update when it is resolved.

5300 Errors on Singapore Client Edge
Multiple customers have reported that they are receiving 53000 errors on the Singapore edge client causing unregistered events. Our engineers have been alerted and are investigating. We will provide an update when we have more details.
